Join us for this 4-class module in my brand new series - Herbal Magic!  So far we've covered Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine in our series and it's been so much fun!  Our upcoming module we will cover Native American herbal and healing traditions of North America!  

What will be covered in class:

• Introduction to 85 + herbs used by the Native Americans 

• Explanation of their uses

• contraindications to Western pharmaceuticals

• safety while pregnant or breastfeeding

• establishing individual constitution and condition so appropriate herbs can be chosen for each person, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
