Flow Yoga
Tuesdays 6 PM - 7 PM
In this class we will focus on connecting breath with movement. Class will start with a simple breathing exercise to help center, ground and prepare our bodies for postures. Class will be centered around a theme that incorporates mind, body and spirit to help uplift and enliven life both on and off the mat! All are welcomed and modifications are offered throughout the class!
