EASY PEACEy - Stress Management Series - Week 2 - Neutrality, Mirroring, Deep Listening and Effective Communication

This series has been a long time coming and I can't think of a better time to unveil this program!!! It is life-changing, I'm extremely proud of it and I look forward to sharing it!

A question I ask many new clients upon initially meeting with them is: "What is one thing you know you could do to improve your health?". Often the answer is, "Reduce Stress" or "Eliminate Stress". We will always have stress, so the elimination solution won't work. Reduction is often hard too. Obviously we can get rid of certain things in our lives, but many times there are things that are stress-inducing that we cannot get rid of. In this case we must learn different ways of looking at the situation. This series will teach just that.

Week 1- HEALTHY BOUNDARIES

Establishing and enforcing healthy boundaries is essential to our health. The ramifications of not doing so pervades our lives in so many ways, many might surprise you. Lack of boundaries leads to stuckness in that body that shows up as chronic pain, depression and anxiety, among other things. It is absolutely essential that highly sensitive people and empaths visualize boundaries but setting boundaries is required for anyone to navigate in a healthful way in relationships. We will be talking about the importance of establishing boundaries and how to honor and uphold them with ease. Effective visuals to accomplish this will be taught.

Week 2- NEUTRALITY, MIRRORING, DEEP LISTENING & EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

In order to assertively and effectively communicate our thoughts we must not allow our energy and voices to escalate into screaming. This can be challenging when we are charged about what someone is saying. I will give visuals and skills so that any topic can be discussed without the need to raise the voice. Just think-- no more arguing!

Week 3 - A NEW WAY OF BEING - Feeling PEACE

After two weeks of homework from the prior lessons, we will be putting into action what we have learned. Discussing challenges and successes and developing a plan for going forward and relating differently in the world. If anyone is stuck around any particular situation I will help with individual solutions. We will end with a meditation.
