The body is amazing and always seeking balance. Cravings are often viewed
as weakness but they are actually messages meant to help us to maintain
balance. No matter what the craving - sugar, salt, alcohol, drugs,
excessive exercising or online binge shopping, the body is giving us
messages. In this class we will dissect individual cravings and what they
might be indicating. We will look at foods and behaviors that are the
underlying causes of the cravings, examine them in a non-judgemental way and
develop a plan to dispel the craving with alternative suggestions for
balancing the body.
This class will be held on two evenings. During the first we will discuss
the above information and set goals and solutions to help with each
participants individual cravings. The second evening will be a check-in to
see how everyone did instilling change – going over successes and
challenges.
