Get more energy, boost your immune system, balance blood sugars and lose weight -all before the holidays! Join us in this 2-week cleanse including soups and teas where we focus on ingredients that will help us to detoxify and feel fabulous. During each class I will have a cooking demonstration where I will be showing how easy it is to nourish yourself with whole foods. I will be talking about the individual food's taste, temperature and energy properties so that specific foods can be included in a meal plan to meet individual's goals.
One recipe that we will showcase - and taste- each week (with different ingredients) is my super simple, and delicious, vegetable bisque, that can be made in minutes. I will also be showing how to get a "creamy" consistency in our recipes without using dairy, which contributes to congestion in the lungs and head, weight gain and worsens allergy symptoms.
