When I ask clients what is something they know they could do that would help their condition, they often reply, "Get rid of stress.". Well, I'm here to tell you that will never happen. There will always be stress. We need to learn how to view and respond to stress in a healthy way. In a way that does not allow the stress to sink into our bodies and manifest with various symptom patterns.
Learning to keep and hold healthy boundaries is essential. Education about boundaries through physical practices and visualization is integrated into very effective take-away tools. Stress affects EVERY diagnosis I have ever worked with. The healthy management of it will change a person's life in an immeasurable way.
